Please ensure all animal waste is picked up prior to your one off service or regularly scheduled garden maintenance/mowing day to avoid a £30 animal surcharge. The payment of the surcharge does not mean the removal of animal waste.

Also please ensure that any items such as garden hoses and kids toys etc are also off the lawn as well.

Please note: We do not move trampolines. It is the property owners responsibility to move trampolines or kids play structures, garden furnitures, hoses or anything else if needed, otherwise they will be mowed around.

If you don't request the garden waste to be removed, the cuttings will be placed in the green bin and the rest garden waste will be piled in one place. We don't use any type of client's provided bags to collect the clippings.

Some of our service a deposit will be required to begin. Deposit has to be paid for the materials or secure the job. 

This means that if the buyer cancels the contract before it is carried out, the money will not be returned.

Acceptance of our offered quote is also acceptance to the terms of sevice listed above!
